Three-ingredient fudge

Makes 40-60 pieces depending on the size

Ingredients for base recipe:
1 tin of condensed milk
600g chocolate pieces (of your choice, we used white chocolate for this batch)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Flavour combination:
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
100g (weight after shelling) pistachio nuts, chopped
80g dried cranberries, chopped

Step 1

Line a 20cm x 12 cm tin with baking paper. Place the condensed milk and chocolate in a pot over a low heat and stir until melted together and smooth then mix in the vanilla. This is your basic fudge.

Step 2
Add your additional ingredients such as ground ginger, pistachio nuts and cranberries as above or see more suggestions below. Set in the fridge for 4 hours and then cut into pieces.

Other flavour ideas:

Macadamia nut and ground cardamom or saffron (use white chocolate in base recipe).

Smashed pretzels with mini marshmallows (use milk or dark chocolate in base recipe).

Toasted hazelnuts and raisins (use milk or dark chocolate in base recipe).

Goji berries and sea salt (use dark chocolate in base recipe).
