- 170 grams Smooth Peanut Butter
- 250ml tomato puree or passata
- 100ml water
- a pinch of salt
Method
- Mix the passata and water in a measuring jug
- Pour into a medium-large pan
- Bring mixture to the boil
- Bring down to a medium heat
- Add the smooth peanut butter
- Stir until smooth
- Add your chard or green leaf vegetable of your choice
- Add little by little, keep stirring
- Leave to cook for 2 mins
