This week we launch Louise Bruton’s new podcast, Just a Chat. In this first episode she interviews singer songwriter Loah. Starting with the Spice Girls and moving onto Lauryn Hill and Destiny’s Child, Loah looks back on the big music moments that helped shape her as an artist. Moving between Kildare, Sierra Leone, Gambia and eventually Dublin as a child, the singer remembers the different influences that have worked their way into her song writing and style. Chatting on Louise’s couch on March 12th over a cup of tea, all of Loah’s future plans, like moving to New York, were discussed in a pre-lockdown world.
