By September 20, 2020No Comments

As Dublin enters another lockdown, we look to our local chefs for inspiration and turn to favourite foods for comfort.  Over the coming weeks we endeavour to commission work and recipes from those whose businesses and livelihoods have been affected by additional restrictions. You are the soul of the city.

First up, Vickey Curtis, the head chef at Daddy’s Cafe in Rialto, Dublin 8. Here she gives us a filthy recipe for a cheesy, hasselback feast. Ready the napkin because this dirty dish will make you drool.
